                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
                   COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH ADS
                   ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC. FOR THE PERIOD
                   OF SEPTEMBER 1, 1990 THROUGH AUGUST 31,
                   1991, SO AS TO INCREASE THE CONTRACT AMOUNT
                   BY TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($2,730.00) FOR A REVISED
                   TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF FORTY EIGHT
                   THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($48,360.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized an 

       amendment to the Comprehensive Service Agreement with ADS
       Environmental Services, Inc. relative to the specialized
       maintenance and service on ADS sewage flow meters for the period
       of September 1, 1990 through August 31, 1991, so as to increase
       the contract amount of $45,630.00 by $2,730.00 for a revised 
total
       contract amount of $48,360.00.
